4 Day Serengeti Safari Game Package

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your Arusha hotel and drive to Arusha airport for a flight to central Serengeti.  On your arrival you will proceed with a game drive in the wilderness, tracking the Great Migration Trails.

Serengeti National Park is Tanzania's oldest and most popular park. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and recently proclaimed the 7th wonder of the world, Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, where over 6 million hooves pound the open plains. Serengeti offers an exotic game-viewing experience in the whole of Africa, giving you an up-close look at the animals you've only seen in National Geographic: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephants and giraffes, and thousands of elands, topi, kongoni, and Grant's gazelles.

Spend the two full days in Serengeti National Park mostly exploring the wildlife.

Serengeti National Park's resident wildlife numbers are exceptionally high in the Wagakuria area, with prides of lions of up to 30 lions strong; however, from July to October, the area turns into a wildlife paradise. The key feature is the Mara River, and it is not uncommon to see the herds cross the Mara River north on one day and south on the other day. Please take note—to actually find a crossing is very difficult and is sometimes a matter of luck.

You will spend this day exploring Serengeti National Park—this will give you an opportunity to traverse the plains of Serengeti as on day 2 above.

Later return to your accommodation to enjoy the amenities, then later dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, game viewing en route to Seronera Airstrip for your flight to Arusha / Zanzibar.
