5 Days Masai Mara Flying Package

You'll be transferred from your Nairobi hotel to Wilson Airport for a morning flight to Masai Mara National Reserve (approx. 45 minutes). On arrival at the airstrip, you will be met by Phonex Expeditions Africa guide, and with an en route game drive, you will be transferred to your lodge or luxury camp for check-in and lunch. After lunch, enjoy your afternoon game drive in the reserve/conservancy. In the evening return to your lodge/camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Spend the full day exploring Masai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa's top wildlife destinations. Morning and afternoon game drives take you deeper into the reserve to search for the Big Five—lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos & buffalo—as well as cheetahs, hyenas, hippos, and thousands of grazing herbivores. If travelling during the Great Migration season (July-October), you may witness the dramatic Mara River crossing or huge herds on the move. You can also opt for a hot air balloon safari at sunrise (extra cost) or visit a Maasai village. Enjoy another night in the heart of the wild.

You will spend this full day in the Masai Mara, home to the Big Five and the world-famous Great Migration (July-October). Choose between two extended game drives or full-day game drives with picnic lunch. The Mara's open plains make wildlife sightings exceptional, with opportunities to see lions, cheetahs, hippos, giraffes, and more. With a sunset dropping over the plains, you will return to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

You will spend this day again exploring the Mara Plains; just check on what you might have missed and visit the Mara River and hippo pools. The Mara's open plains make wildlife sightings exceptional, with opportunities to see lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, eland, topi, hyenas, etc. Return to your lodge early afternoon to relax and enjoy the lodge's amenities and visit their organic farms nearby.

After breakfast and a short morning game drive (time permitting), transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight.
